Refund Policy
This policy explains when you can get your money or credits back for purchases on Shapesoda (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Ali Mameday, 15 Pavstos Buzand St, Kentron district, Yerevan 0018, Armenia.
The short version: if you haven’t used a credit pack, you can ask for a refund within 14 days. If processing fails on our side, the credit comes back automatically.
1. What you are buying
Credit packs are digital goods. Credits are added to your account immediately after payment and are spent when you download a result — one credit per image. Tracing and editing in the browser are free and do not use credits. Re-downloading the same image within the period shown in the Service does not use another credit.
2. Unused credit packs
- You can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used.
- Once credits from a pack have been used, the pack is not refundable, except where required by applicable law, including statutory withdrawal rights of consumers in the EU and UK.
- Free credits (for example, the free download for new accounts) have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
3. Failed or defective processing
- If a download fails because of an error on our side, no credit is charged, or the credit is restored to your account automatically.
- If a result is clearly defective (for example, an empty or corrupted file) and the automatic restore did not happen, contact us and we will restore the credit.
- Vectorisation is automatic and results depend on the source image. A result that is accurate but not to your taste is not a defect — you can adjust the settings and preview the result for free before downloading.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address of your Shapesoda account, with the date of purchase and the pack you bought. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
5. How refunds are paid
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, named at checkout and on your receipt. Approved refunds are issued by the reseller to the original payment method. You can also contact the reseller directly through the link in your order receipt. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the money to appear. When a pack is refunded, its credits are removed from your account.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes do not affect purchases made before the update.
